Best run to date came on soft ground over todays trip and looks far less exposed than most of these here today. Ought to have more to offer now for Alan King who does well in these middle distance flat races and has a decent 22% strike at the track in the last 5 years.

Some Nightmare 1pt win only 16/1 – Fallen to a very tempting mark for this return to turf and has been sharpened up with a run at Kempton before doing so. Has run well on soft ground before albeit not ideal but is possibly the best treated horse in here on best form and his yard are no strangers to a winner at the track.

Has put in a couple of lesser runs since but loves the heavy ground and is only 1lb above that last winning mark. Was behind Camp Belan and Heritier de Sivola 2 runs back but gets a big pull in the weights with both of those rivals here today and wasn’t beaten far.
