Over priced runner for a bang in form yard. One of two in the race for trainer John Gosden and the pick of stable jockey Rab Havlin. Only beaten a short head on debut when over in France and made a winning start for these new connections at Newbury. Dissapointing latest run at Epsom but excuses can be made for that run. Will need to bounce back but looks to be no forlorn hope for this top yard.

Plenty of encouragement can be taken from his win on just 2nd start for on the AW at Lingfield. Opening mark here judged on that form looks a very leiniant one with his yard in blistering form. Oisin Murphy takes the ride and he is 6 wins and 7 placed from just 26 for this yard a record that only improves when taking a look over the shorter term.

With limited form on offer the form of this ones races to date could be playing out just ever so slightly better so we take a chance here. Conditions should pose no problems.

A rare runner over obstacles for the in form Archie Watson yard and he will no doubt have this one ready to roll here. Won first time out last term and despite winning twice last year will kick off this campaign 2lb lower than his last winning mark. Brodie Hampson takes the ride as per and has a great record for this team.
