Having a first run for this new yard since making the switch from Sophie Leech. Not a straightforward selection but has put in two pretty fair performances at this track in the last 12 months and that encourages us to take a chance from this falling mark and going in the hands of a very talented 5lb claimer. Drawn out wide so will need a bit of luck but weighted to go close.

Not been seen in the winners enclosure for over 2 years but that last win came in C2 company from a mark of 103. Has since changed hands and moved yards and showed enough last time out following wind op and going over an inadequate trip that some of that ability is retained. Drops back to the more suitable 6f trip here over which 6 of the 8 career wins have come and effectively goes from a mark of 72 today with the 5lb claim making this run some 31lb below that last winning mark.

A very useful performer a couple of years back when in the hands of Richard Hannon but has failed to live up to the expectation of the promise shown as a novice. Pretty disappointing in all 3 runs for new yard since returning from a 507 day lay off and its hard to know how much if any potential remains. Drops markedly in class here having been eased a further 5lb by the handicapper, takes a step back in trip which should also suit and if able to settle better today could spring a surprise. Its an outsider bet with an outsiders chance so not one to go in on too deeply.
