Forgiven his latest run had shaped as though a return to form was on the card when a close up 4th over 8f here at the beginning of June. Has been eased a couple of pounds since that run and now sits on a mark some 13lb below his last winning mark which came over this CD coincidentally albeit almost 2 years ago. Well handicapped and yard amongst the winners lately. Interesting that Paul Mulrennan has jumped off to ride the in form Jim Goldie runner but we stick to our gut.

Can be forgiven last race when very slowly away and never getting back on terms having had previously put in a more encouraging run in a competitive class 3 handicap at York. Has plummeted down the weights as a result of some inconsistency and is now sitting on a very dangerous mark. Yard have done well with the few runners that they have sent here and its another positive to see this one dropping back in trip today.

Below form recently but has fallen to a very dangerous mark so a big run here would come as no shock with the yard coming into some form at present. A CD winner here back in 2019 and of interest back down in trip and easing in grade from a mark some 12lb below his last winning one.
