That puts to bed any fear over ground. Season somewhat tailed out and he now finds himself going from just 62 on a return from 5 months off. Yards current form could be off-putting but they were amongst the winners just 3 weeks ago so that concern is eased too. Well handicapped, gets conditions to suit, CD winner and looks the pick of the yards two runners on jockey bookings so plenty in favour if fit from the break.

Last 3 turf wins have come on good to firm over 7f. Sits just 1lb above his last winning mark and gets the blinkers reapplied for this today. Will have no excuses from the wide stall that provides its fair share of winners and has already started to see some money coming in.
