Fatique De L’isle 1pt win only 12/1 – Goes today some 19lb below his sole winning mark but comes here needing to rediscover something given what he has shown on his first two outings for the new yard. Today’s extra yardage with plenty of give underfoot could be just the ticket however and with a further 5lb taken off by a very talented claimer its now or never for this one. Cheekpieces have been reached for which could give an added bit of help but i feel that if the last run can be put behind him then his yard debut was not void of promise in a race that has worked out very well since. Would have been in need of the run that day following a year off the track and has been eased 6lb since that race which has produced 6 winners and 7 placed runners from 16 runs since.

Go Racing In Yorkshire Season Ticket Handicap Hurdle
Just Jess 1pt win only 8/1 – Won this race 2 years ago from 11lb higher in the weights and was withdrawn last year so the race has been somewhat of a target for connections of this one you could say as she returns here today. Has not really been seen to her best in a couple of runs over the bigger obstacles this term and a return to hurdles today from the reduced mark could be just the ticket. Conditions look ideal and gets a huge 5lb taken off by the very talented Aaron Anderson in the saddle. Questions to answer but certainly capable at a track she has shown a liking for previously.

Lounge Lizard 1pt win only 7/1 – Has 4 wins and 3 placed efforts from 10 runs over the bigger obstacles to date but even with that record does not look fully exposed just yet. Ran a big race to finish 2nd over CD at the Festival trials meeting and with a run under the belt now this season would be entitled to kick on again. Looked a little one paced on the return from 247 days off but the yard have hit form since and we don’t think you have seen the last of this ones progress. Gets weight all round today and conditions look ideal.

An Tailliur 0.5pt EW 25/1 – Has been fairly unconvincing in 4 runs since spending 500 days on the side-lines and will need to show more today. Three of those runs however were over the bigger obstacles and this one has always been prolific over hurdles with 7 wins and 4 placed effort from 18 runs. Was seen running very respectably in big field handicaps at both the Cheltenham and Aintree festivals before his break from a mark of 139 so if able to rediscover some of that form for the in form yard of Jonjo O Neill has to figure here from 130 with absolutely perfect conditions.

Tintagel Queen 0.5pt EW 40/1 (4 places B365) – Placed on hurdles debut and in a bumper prior to that before spending a year on the side-lines. Has put in a couple of very tame efforts since his return but a chance is taken here on handicap debut that this one may have been snuck under the radar. Didn’t appear to be suited by the very heavy conditions last time out but her return to the track prior to that held plenty of promise. Yard are in good form and this one looks to be on a fair mark if able to fire again today.
