Pleasing return to action following 13 months off when just running out of steam at the business end. Should come on plenty for that run and will be entitled to go close here judged on that run. Had previously run to a decent level in bumpers most noteably at Fakenham when sandwiched between a couple of sorts that have come on plenty since.

Underperformed so far this term which has seen this one drop to a very tempting mark. Now sits some 5lb below his last wining mark and drops in grade to class 4 for the first time since that win. Has won 5 of his 7 starts in this grade and can act on any ground. Will need to bounce back from a poor run last time out but has cheekpieces applied for the first time and this yard normally come to life at this time of the year.
Le Cameleon (1pt win only 11/1)
A fair hurdler who did not disgrace when pitched in at the deep end on chase debut. Finished 3rd of 3 but kept company for a long way with 2 very decent horses from level weights and is well worth a tilt here from this very lenient looking mark. Will enjoy these conditions and could well be a horse of promise over these bigger obstacles.

Out of sorts in a couple of runs this year since breaking a blood vessel this time last year at Newbury. Had been progressing well until then and could be found putting in a decent effort from a much higher mark. Has had wind surgery and a freshening up before coming here so hopefully that along with first time cheek pieces we will see him back to somewhere near his old form.
