Children’s Immunology Trust Novices’ Limited Handicap Chase

Ladronne (1pt win only 14/1) Nap

Not really set the world on fire in two starts over fences this term but both would appear to have come over a slightly inadequate trip on ground that looks too fast. Steps up in trip here and gets a bit more give in the ground so is worth another look. Has a couple of decent pieces of form over the smaller obstacles back at the start of the year, including when 3rd at Newcastle in a class 2 event finishing well ahead of the favourite Sirwilliamwallace. Too early to write off and worth a small play.

Sky Sports Racing Sky 415 Handicap Chase

Debece (0.5pt Ew 20/1) Iwac

Decent hurdler who made a very promising start to a career over the bigger obstacles until disappointing in a G3 at Aintree. Was not seen back on the track after that for 575 days and struggled in the mud on return 58 days ago. Persevered with by connections and worth one last roll of the dice on that form of old coming here from a 3lb lower mark and having been given time to recover from that reappearance run. The form of that last race has worked out incredibly well so its no wonder he struggled returning from that lay off either.
