A 2 times course winner who has not been seen over these larger obstacles for a year now and has instead been doing all of his work over hurdles. Arguably better over the bigger obstacles he comes here having fallen to a mark that 12 months ago would have been considered laughable. Has a bit to prove having been out of sorts and having not been seen in the winners enclosure for almost 2 years but showed signs of a resurgence last time out and certainly on old form has been given a chance to serve it up here. Very well treated on old form and won on this card 2 years back.

Unibet 3 Uniboosts A Day Handicap Chase

Spent almost 2 years off the track and returned only to be denied by a very well handicapped stablemate over CD a month ago. Fell last time out when travelling well and is worth another try from what looks a fair mark. The Moore family often target a few runners at this card and interesting that Jamie opts to ride this one over the victor that day in Darebin. If none the worse for that fall should give the favourite something to think about here.

3rd following almost a year off the track last time out in behind Potters legend and gets another chance from the same mark. Far less exposed than most if not all of his rivals and could well have more to offer with that run under the belt. A tricky sort who is not guaranteed to give the same running but has to be worth another try in the hands of Richard Johnson based on that run.
