Drops back in grade slightly here and has been eased a little in the weights too which offers further encouragement to the yards record here. They have only ever sent 6 runners here, winning with 3 and placing with the other. They send 2 here with the other being Thunder Queen 7/1 (418 Hamilton) who may also be worth a second look.
Charming Getaway 0.5pt EW 25/1 4 places PP (240 Ludlow) – Has plenty to prove here but is bred to appreciate this big step up in trip and does so on handicap debut from what looks a very light mark. Yard are no strangers to a winner here and 4 places is very tempting target to aim at.
Aliomaana 1pt win only 8/1 (340 Ludlow) – Dropping markedly in grade here for a very shrewd yard. Receives weight allowances all round too making this unexposed sort look very well treated here. Sharp track of Ludlow should play to her strengths and should go close in this open looking race.
