So he will be looking to put that right here. This one joined from Colin Tizzard and looks to have had his mark protected slightly with a tilt at this in mind. Looks very well treated for one who is completely unexposed here and in such good hands.

Manofthemountain 1pt win only 13/2 – Second in the race last year and returns of a much higher mark this year for another tilt. That mark is a fair one however given the style in which he won his next race. Has been progressive since and takes a drop back in class today following a fair run in the PP Gold Cup. Has been rested up for this race and generally goes well fresh so should run a big race. Nothing in the pack looks to be too far ahead of the handicapper so big chances today.

Shaws Bridge 1pt win only 12/1 – Decent hurdler who is yet to get to grips with these bigger obstacles. Is persevered with however and now looks to be sitting on a pretty handy mark in a field that won’t take too much beating. Has hinted at some promise now chasing so we are happy to forgive the latest run.

Has been eased again in the weights for this first attempt under rules over this longer trip and now sits on a winning mark. Step up in trip should suit based on the fact that she is a points winner and conditions look ideal too. Harry Skelton now on board and well worth another try today.
